If you're looking for solo activities to do without alcohol, try cooking a new recipe, going for a run, or spending time on a hobby. There are several ways to have fun without drinking with friends, such as playing a sport together, listening to live music, or participating in a movie marathon. Own Your Limits is an educational campaign by the Department of Defense (DOD), aligned with the Defense Health Agency, for the U.S. UU.
The mission of the campaign is to help members of the Service learn to drink responsibly, if they choose to drink alcohol. I would be happy to manage the 100 days of AF. I will keep this post as a reference every time the temptation comes. I loved the testimonials and I think it's very possible to become AF.
Thank you Kate and everyone who contributed. I have to share my horror. I've spent 10 months AF, thank you very much Kate, a friend of mine died suddenly last night, we all got together for some reason, I ordered Amaret, the full shot glass, I threw it out the hatch, it was beautiful, the waitress who I know filled it again, my friends had an argument, they're fine, don't buy a bottle at that very moment, I left what was very close to being drunk, hadn't eaten, annoyed, I came home revived, not even upset, I drank, I was proud to have experienced addiction, if you have this, it really woke me up.
